These terms describe using Scene Studio as a merchant or a shopper.

Service provider

Scene Studio creates illustrative product scenes for Shopify stores. Store purchases, delivery and returns are handled by the store and its terms.

Check the real product details

AI previews can change colors, proportions, quantities or details and may produce inaccurate results. They are inspiration, not measurements, product specifications or a promise of fit. Check the store’s actual product descriptions and dimensions before purchasing. Preview access expires after 15 minutes; the service is not an image archive.

Your inputs and permitted use

Only submit text and images you have permission to use. If a photo contains someone else’s personal information or property, obtain any permission needed before uploading it. Do not upload personal documents or sensitive information, and do not use the service for unlawful, abusive or infringing content.

Submitting a scene request authorizes the processing needed to generate and display it, including sending its inputs to OpenAI as described in our privacy notice. You remain responsible for your inputs and for checking generated content before reusing or publishing it. We do not guarantee that a generated image is unique or suitable for a particular commercial use.

Merchant plans and controls

Available plans, included images and additional usage prices are shown in the app and Shopify’s plan confirmation. Merchants approve paid plans through Shopify. The dashboard counts successfully completed images; failed generations do not consume an image unit. Generation can stop when a plan limit or configured budget is reached.

Merchants control storefront availability and must check their theme, product data and shopper notices before enabling the widget. The free trial requires the Powered by Scene Studio credit. Eligible active paid plans can hide it using the theme block setting.

Review and manage your subscription in Shopify. Uninstalling disconnects the service; it does not reverse charges already incurred. Contact support with billing questions or a disputed usage record.

Availability and help

Generation depends on Shopify, OpenAI and the app’s hosting services. Requests can be delayed or fail, and access may be restricted to protect accounts, enforce usage limits or respond to misuse. Contact support for setup, usage, billing or data questions.

These terms do not remove rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived. If the service or these terms change, the current terms will be available on this page.
